91 Express Lanes free pass

If you have disabled plates on your vehicle you can get an account through the 91 Express Lanes that make the toll road FREE. You can contact them through the link below. The only time you pay is between 4-6 pm Eastbound and it’s discounted 50%. To get this perk YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TOLL ROAD ACCOUNT WITH 91 EXPRESS LANES and this account will cover all of the local toll roads. Currently, only the 91 is discounted.

UBER WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles) 

UberWAV allows riders with relevant disabilities to request wheelchair accessible vehicles. When riders select the UberWAV option, they’re connected with vehicles equipped with ramps or lifts. 

 Transit Orange 

 Paratransit services for Orange County with local bus services (fixed route) for people who can’t use the local bus system due to their disability. To qualify to use this service you must obtain a valid ADA Paratransit Identification Card issued by Orange County. 

 Metrolink 

 Metrolink is a commuter rail system serving Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties. A person with disabilities may travel at a reduced rate (senior/disabled rate). A Personal Care Attendant (PCA) is allowed to accompany a person with a disability without purchasing a ticket. The PCA must board and detrain with the person with a disability. 

 Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) 

 MTA operates the public bus and rail systems throughout L.A. County. 

 Dial-a-Ride 

 Dial-a-Ride provides transportation services (with wheelchair lifts) for individuals with disabilities and seniors who qualify.

 Access Services provides paratransit transportation services to persons with disabilities living in Los Angeles County who are unable to use standard public transportation. An in-person assessment is required.

Omnitrans 

Omnitrans Access Service is ADA mandated public transportation service for people unable to independently use the fixed route bus service in South Western San Bernardino County. Access provides curb-to-curb service to complement the Omnitrans fixed-route bus system, and is available during the same periods that fixed-route service operates. Must obtain Rider Access Card to utilize service.
