 Fair Housing Authority 

 The Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) administers and enforces federal laws and establishes policies that make sure all Americans have equal access to the housing of their choice. 

Housing Rights Center 

HRC actively supports and promotes fair housing through education, advocacy and litigation, to the end that all persons have the opportunity to secure the housing they desire and can afford. 

In-Home Operations (IHO) 

The In-Home Operations waiver is a new waiver designed to assist in supporting a participant in his/her home as an alternative to care in a licensed health care facility. Allows participants to receive up to the same care provider hours in the home as they’d receive inside a facility.

Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) 

Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) administers federally funded programs to provide rental assistance to qualified tenants in privately owned rental housing. The largest such program is referred to as the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Participants who receive a Housing Voucher can use this rental assistance in a variety of rental dwellings and locations with almost any property owner who is willing to participate in the program.

Anaheim Housing Authority 

The Anaheim Housing Authority administers federally-funded programs and grants allocated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the City of Anaheim, CA. The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program offers two housing options: tenant-based and project-based. The tenant-based program allows assisted households to use a rental assistance voucher in open rental market units. And the project-based program ties a voucher to a specific unit in which an assisted household can move into.

Their mission is to provide accessible, affordable, assisted/supportive and independent living opportunities for persons with physical disabilities and brain injuries, as well as seniors. They provide cost-effective management of accessible, affordable housing, as well as the provision of assisted/supportive living and rehabilitation services.

AbilityFirst is a leader in operating group residential facilities for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities in Pasadena, CA. Each facility offers spacious shared bedrooms, a community living room and kitchen, and large outdoor areas for recreational activities, as well as planned social and recreational opportunities off-site. We provide access to broader community settings and events and partner with our participants to build an independent and inclusive life. 

The John Stewart Company 

The John Stewart Company is the largest developer and manager of supportive housing and “special needs” housing in California. These properties provide both affordable housing and specialized supportive services to a wide range of target populations, including disabled.
