The only time you pay is between 4-6 pm Eastbound and it’s discounted 50%. To get this perk YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TOLL ROAD ACCOUNT WITH 91 EXPRESS LANES and this account will cover all of the local toll roads. Currently, only the 91 is discounted.
